RETURN POLICY. At London Dai, we understand that sometimes your purchase may not fit right, or not be everything you expected. While shopping at an online boutique has its advantages, the inability to try on the item before completing the purchasing is definitely one disadvantage we understand. For this reason, we are happy to accept returns, and will issue store credit for the amount of the item(s). Please review our full return policy below.

  • All returns for a free, full refund must be requested by email within 10 days of delivery.
  • Any return requested after 10 days of delivery may be returned for store credit, or exchanged, up to 30 days from the date of delivery but may be subject to a 10% restocking fee if falling outside of the 10 day period above.
  • If you choose to be refunded by store credit, you will receive an additional $5 promotion once the store credit is issued. This will not apply to returns not requested within the 30 day period above. 
  • Items must be unwashed, unworn, and in new condition. items appear worn, have makeup or other stains, your return will NOT be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense.
  • Accessories, intimates and swimsuits are FINAL SALE and may not be returned for any reason due to hygienic reasons.
  • Damaged items must be reported within 3 business days of receiving the item(s). Otherwise, the above policy applies. Please contact for immediate assistance.
  • Items not meeting the above guidelines will be returned to you at your expense. 

HOW TO RETURN MERCHANDISE. Please contact us at to initiate the return/exchange process. We will then work with you personally to ensure a smooth return/exchange. If you choose to simply return the item, you may mail it to the address below. We recommend tracking the package so you can have confirmation of the date is delivered, as date of delivery will be the date we use to ensure the proper credit (refund or store credit) is issued.
